Yes, exact repeat orders do not have a setup. The only exception to this is the Thermal Cups (Digital) which are run on two different machines depending on the order quantity. If your first order was under 5k, then any future orders under 5k would have the setup cost waived. If your first order was over 5k, then any future orders over 5k would have the setup cost waived. If your first order was under 5k and your second order is over 5k, the second order would incur another setup fee.
